Checkit and bp define the top retail operations trends for 2022
With Hannah Barnes, VP Operational Excellence at bp
Watch on demand
Throughout 2020-2021 COVID-19 created a shockwave in consumer behaviour. Where they'd have previously favoured a shopping centre or superstore, today, they're staying local, looking to get more from their local convenience store. These changing behaviours, coupled with a growing consumer conscience for environmental sustainability, have meant retailers must consider many new factors when shaping their 2022 strategy.
On the flip side, reverberations from the pandemic have fuelled new employment challenges, causing major issues in staff availability and retention.
What are you doing to address the priorities and expectations of the new digital native generation and those challenging the status quo?
Join the leader behind the success of BP forecourts and Checkit for a conversation on the trends set to shape retail and convenience stores in 2022. Hannah Barnes, VP of Operational Excellence @ bp and Will Maunder Taylor, Global VP of Sales @ Checkit will share:
